Lauren Sanyal trolls the internet in search for people posting complaints against Boingo. You can google her or you can also see all the posts she has on herehttp://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=boingo&everything=Everything
It's nice to see someone working for Boingo trying to make a difference but the company is still horrible. They're crooks and should be rotting in prison for their bait and switch business practices, difficulty of canceling plans and automatic charging. They are still charging me, even after I canceled and nobody will answer my emails.

I would be very careful with Boingo. My advice is uninstall their application from your computer or wireless device. They are running a fishy business. Example: in March you buy a one-time session (let's say one hour). The terms and conditions state that any future connections will be charged as Pay as you Go. The problem is that next time you are not aware of being charged for internet. In November you connect to what seems to be an open network, you go online without having to select a pricing option or having to agree to the charges. Their application logs you in and you end up paying one dollar a minute without having a clue. No way you can get a refund afterwards because you agreed with the Terms and Conditions half a year ago.
