Annelie - I enjoyed reading your post and I'm pleased to see that despite the fixes needed for your laptop that overall you'd still consider coming back to Dell. My question is what are you looking for from a technology supplier? A company with award winning technology? A company who helps out when there is an issue? A company who produces high quality products and subsequently a very low fault rate [overall]? No manufacturer is going to be perfect, but we do listen to our customers concerns, ideas and suggestions - that is a good reason to stick with Dell. Thanks for your post and if you do want to get in touch you can reach me on Twitter @KerryatDell
