Just over a year ago, I read Anders Hansen’s book “Brainpower” . It made me completely change my reasons for exercising. I’ve always known that I felt better and performed better when I exercise a lot. Even so I’ve often down-prioritized workout and instead focused on work for the last few years.
However, after reading the book, I tried to change my argument and tried to think that I have to work out to be a better consultant, teacher, girlfriend, and friend, and when I do it, I see the results.
It is proven that exercising (increasing your heart rate) improves memory, makes us smarter and increases creativity. So why are you still reading and not exercising?
