Since 2012 I’ve been working as a consultant focusing on helping larger companies create better customer experiences and increase their online sales.

Though quantitative and qualitative analysis I study consumer behavior then I create digital strategies and plans to build great customer experiences online. My areas of expertise are online sales, web development, and digital customer service.

I usually work with my clients for longer periods of time with contracts starting at three months, ranging to a few years.
