One-on-One Sessions
Returning to the body. Releasing what’s held. Remembering what’s true.
There’s a point in many of our lives where we realize we’ve been carrying too much — tension, emotion, expectation, old stories.
The practices I offer are here to support that release. Gently. Honestly. Lastingly.
Through hypnotherapy, Life Force Activation, and yoga, I guide people back into the body — not to fix or improve, but to reconnect.
Each session is a space to land, soften, and meet yourself with less noise.
You can book one session, or begin an ongoing journey. I’ll meet you wherever you are.
Invite images, sensations, memories, and inner dialogue — like opening a book your body has been carrying.
Hypnotherapy
Unlearn. Rewire. Remember.
Hypnotherapy is a way to access the subconscious — the part of us that quietly runs the show. In session, we work with core beliefs, emotional patterns, and past experiences that might still be shaping your present.
Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, or just curious, hypnotherapy can help you meet yourself at a deeper level — and choose something new.

This work complements — not replaces — medical or psychological care. Please keep your current support if you have it.
Life force Activation
Energy release. Nervous system reset.
LFA is a somatic, non-verbal practice that activates the body’s natural energy system. You lie down, fully clothed, and let your body respond. Some people shake, move, cry, or laugh. Others drop into stillness. Nothing is forced.
It’s not about performance — it’s about release.
LFA can support emotional clearing, trauma processing, and a deeper sense of inner aliveness.
Practicalities
Zoom, Online
Individual or group

YOGA
It didn’t start with love.
I used to hate yoga.
It hurt my wrists. I never got the cues. It hurt.
Then I decided to really give it space in my life — to learn, not just follow. And what I found surprised me: yoga became one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my body. And beyond that, how the non physical practises where a big part of it.
Today, I yoga every day. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes breath. Sometimes just sitting in silence. It’s all yoga.
In my sessions, we move. We breathe. We rest.
There’s no need to be flexible or spiritual or know anything in advance. Just bring your body and your breath — we’ll begin there.
