LFA is a somatic, non-verbal practice that activates the body’s natural energy system. You lie down, fully clothed, and let your body respond. Some people shake, move, cry, or laugh. Others drop into stillness. Nothing is forced.
It’s not about performance — it’s about release.
LFA can support emotional clearing, trauma processing, and a deeper sense of inner aliveness.
