It didn’t start with love.

I used to hate yoga.
It hurt my wrists. I never got the cues. It hurt.

Then I decided to really give it space in my life — to learn, not just follow. And what I found surprised me: yoga became one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my body. And beyond that, how the non physical practises where a big part of it.

Today, I yoga every day. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes breath. Sometimes just sitting in silence. It’s all yoga.

In my sessions, we move. We breathe. We rest.
There’s no need to be flexible or spiritual or know anything in advance. Just bring your body and your breath — we’ll begin there.
