Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I use it and how I look after it when you visit annelienaes.com, get in touch or work with me.
Who is responsible for your information?
This website and the related services are operated by Naes Invest AB, Sweden.
For questions about your personal information, please contact:
What information do I collect?
When you contact me: Your name, email address, phone number if provided, and anything you choose to include in your message.
When you book a session or event: Information needed to arrange your booking, communicate with you and provide the service.
When we work together: I may keep notes from our sessions to support our ongoing work. These can include personal reflections and, depending on what you share, sensitive information about your life or wellbeing.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial contact message unless it is necessary.
How do I use your information?
I use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and communicate with you.
- Arrange and provide sessions, courses and other services.
- Keep relevant notes during an ongoing collaboration.
- Manage payments, administration and legal obligations.
Depending on the purpose, the legal basis may be taking steps before entering into a contract, fulfilling a contract, complying with legal obligations or a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Where sensitive personal data is involved, an additional legal basis or exception under GDPR may be required. Relevant information will also be provided before a client relationship begins.
I do not automatically add clients or people who contact me to a mailing list.
Where is your information stored?
I use selected external services to manage my work:
- Proton Mail and Proton Calendar for communication, appointments and online meetings.
- Notion for notes related to client collaborations.
- Peach for booking and administering certain courses and events.
- Substack for published writing and voluntary subscriptions.
These services may process personal information under their own privacy terms or as service providers acting on my behalf, depending on the service.
Some providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers must have appropriate safeguards under data protection law.
How long do I keep your information?
Notes from individual client collaborations are retained for up to two years after our work together ends, unless you request earlier deletion and no applicable obligation requires continued retention.
Enquiries, booking details and other administrative records are kept only for as long as necessary for their purpose, including any applicable legal obligations.
