Work With Me

Get to know yourself.

I work with people who want to understand themselves better, whether that's for their own personal growth, as part of something they're building with others, or simply by joining a community experience.

What we do together depends on what you're looking for and what you want to explore. You set your own intention, and my goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and feel more confident making your own decisions.

Team Alignment

TeamsOnline & in person

I believe many of the things that hold teams back start with the individuals within them. By combining personal conversations with facilitated workshops and shared experiences, we lay the foundation for people to understand themselves and each other better, work through what's getting in the way and build stronger relationships as a team.

Life experience meets professional training.

I've spent a large part of my life learning, trying things, making mistakes, starting over and questioning what I thought I knew.

I've built and sold businesses, travelled extensively, worked with leaders and entrepreneurs, explored different ways of living and made some fairly big changes in my own life.

Along the way, I've also trained in a variety of practices that first helped me understand myself from different perspectives. As I experienced their effects firsthand, I became increasingly curious about how they worked and why. That curiosity eventually led me to study them more deeply, not just as a participant, but as a practitioner.

What I bring to our work is a combination of those experiences, professional training and genuine curiosity about people. I don't believe the same approach works for everyone, and I'm not particularly interested in forcing people into one.

I'm more interested in discovering what might actually be useful for you.

Experience is useful. Curiosity is essential.

Having been an entrepreneur and CEO myself, I know something about the pressures, decisions and responsibilities that can come with building a business. Sometimes having been through similar experiences helps me ask better questions.

But I'm also aware that my experiences can create assumptions about someone else's situation. I've learned that it's important to stay curious, keep listening and be willing to question my own perspective.

I work with different approaches, including coaching, hypnotherapy and body-based practices. We decide together what might be useful, and that can change as we get to know each other and discover what's important.

Annelie is a combination of great knowledge, high energy, and a willingness to listen to understand. She can go nerdy with details, and then back up and take a strategic view. She's a pleasure to work with, and will bring drive, laughter and years of experience to any project or team she works with.
